Summer Country Fair Still Life
I always thought going to the fair was such fun. I wanted to see the largest tomato, fanciful poultry, long-eared rabbits, gigantic pigs, quilts that took hours of planning and stitching, the best flower specimens, and table settings ready for the perfect tea party. This year’s summer card design is a still life expressing my joy at the fair.

My Portland
Well, I did not get an award, but I am very happy with my painting. The gallery put me in the “Rose City Reunion” category online, and to me, that was the whole point of the show. I looked into my heart and painted what I hold dear about this city, there are parks and special touches everywhere and they have been here for a long time.
